The MimoUSA Carbon Fiber Hood has higher quality in fitment and polish than any hood on the market. It is very important to buy a grade A carbon for multiple reasons. The most important factor to consider is the quality of carbon will effect the hood in the long terms, by using low quality material you risk having your hood discolored into a yellowish color and the polish cracking. The fitment is another factor to consider, If it doesn't fit exact it will look horrible once the hood is installed.

Unlike most of today's hood manufacturers, we use real Grade A Kevlar through out the manufacturing process. Each hood comes with a skeleton backside for unmatched support and durability. You are guaranteed a perfect OE fitment with well smooth rounded edges that go to the very end, and are not cut off like they are on many of competitor hoods.

During the manufacturing process the Kevlar is hand-laid which guarantees the best quality. Our facility manufactures special in house developed clear coating that gives protection from any discoloration or damage to the hood. Each hood is professionally inspected prior to packaging and shipping to assure that the customers get the highest quality product possible. Our Carbon Fiber Hoods with a skeleton backside weight less than competitors hoods that do not even have one.

While we recommend installing hood pins on every CF hood including ours, ours does really need them. Our fiberglass skeleton is bonded to the carbon fiber with such intense glue, if you through the hood of a 4 story building it would still be in one piece. The competitor hoods will have the carbon fly of the fiberglass at 60MPH if hood pins are not installed.
