Warranty & Returns
All parts sold by MIMOUSA are sold on an as is basis, the only warranties applying to these parts are those that may be offered by the manufacturer as limited warranties. Not all parts will fit perfect or perform as desired. This is the nature of aftermarket accessories and parts. We get the best product available (based on personal/customer experience, reputation, etc MIMOUSA hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person(s) to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from MIMOUSA any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of modification/installation, or any other incidental or secondary damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for off road use only. Please check your local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase.
Any cancellations and returns are subject of up to 50% restocking fee. We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the above BOLD lettering within 14 days and the following restrictions:
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
Dash kits must be returned within 30 days, you must contact us within the 30 days just send ing a email does not work alone if there is no responce via email you must contact us buy phone emails tend to end up in spam or other places and it is not reliable that is why we have a contact number of
Most lighting and performance products require professional installation to function properly. This can avoid any problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Installation of items, done improperly, cannot be returned. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn't know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of shipping/handling fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken.
Clearance Items: These are products that have discounted due to discontinuation, overstock, or limited promotion. These items are not eligible for refund. Customer may receive store credit if no exchange is available. Customer is responsible for returning products freight pre-paid and must cover return cost of the exchange.
Exchanges: You must return the item(s) to MIMOUSA.com first before replacement part(s) will be sent.
Tips: do not throw away your original part(s)!
Products can not be installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.
Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can rectify the situation.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products, and body kits.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.
Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a handling fee of $10 and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction costs, and insurance) are not refundable. If you want your item back, you'll need to pay all shipping and handling costs back to you. No exception.
If we can not get you a suitable replacement within 3 weeks, we will refund your money less shipping costs.
Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items (and eventually all) contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.
All products returned to MIMOUSA must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by MIMOUSA. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please use the contact us form located in the contact us section or email us to request an RMA number and return instructions.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE for most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact us. Further specific instructions will be given within 2-4 business days. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns (or additional fees/delays may occur). No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.
* SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES For certain product lines, MIMOUSA requires signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party waves the signature required for order delivery, MIMOUSA takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability".
* In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.
Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and MIMOUSA immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and MIMOUSA immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell, and distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy.
All Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price variance, will notify you prior to shipping.
Some items illustrated are illegal on the road, unless specifically stated to be DOT/SAE approved. Those items are only intends for static display vehicles or for off-road racing vehicles. Items are advised to be used only in closed circuit. Public road and Highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check local laws for applicability.
MIMOUSA is not responsible for any typographical errors on the description or pricing of products. Due to the large amount of products and frequency of new incoming products, typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to change price or make corrections with/without notice.
